Just because a football player retires doesn’t mean the traumata stop.
Warren Sapp use Twitter and Instagram to document a fun and shivering lobstering day with his family unfortunately it concluded with a gnarly shark bite.
Sapp, a Hall of Fame defensive tackle who played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Oakland Raiders, posted carefree photos throughout his lobstering day on the Florida Keys yesterday.
Everything seemed to be going just fine.
Then, he shared a photo of a kid proudly and a little too casually holding up a LITERAL SHARK.
Just 25 minutes later, Sapp tweeted, “Shark got a little chuck of Me. We get Dinner! #Winning, ” alongside a photo of his lobster loot.
Sapp was so happy to have caught so many lobsters that he was evidently unbothered by his shark bite. In lawsuit you didn’t believe him, Two Conchs Charters snapped a photo of Sapp’s hemorrhaging limb and shared it to Instagram.( Advising: it’s graphic ).
“Warren Sapp attacked by a shark while lobstering, ” Capt. Jack Carlson captioned the nasty photo.
Thankfully, Sapp is under the care of the world’s youngest nurse and seems to be doing okay.
